We have circa 30 directly employed engineers and apprentices, all are a minimum Level 2 NVQ qualified and hold either F Gas or Gas Safe and sometimes both.
Our engineers and service teams are experienced working across multiple industries. Other services offered range from fire and smoke dampers to water treatment to blood fridges and more!
All clients will be allocated a Service Manager & Service Co-Ordinator to their site, with an SLA for reports and remedial quotation turnaround of 48hrs.

We offer 24/7/365 call out support with response guaranteed within 24 hours We always endeavor to get an engineer dispatched as soon as possible. For emergencies we work to a 4-hour SLA.
