DBS Group were appointed with full design and co-ordination responsibility for this project, and as you can see delivered to our usual ‘Mechanical and Electrical Excellence’ standards.
Mechanical: VRF system proving heating and cooling on all floors, full plumbing installation including WCs and showers to each floor. Kitchen extract for restaurant on the ground floor.
Electrical: Power and lighting design, installation of lighting control, installation of fire alarms, CCTV and access controls. Liaison with utilities provider for a new incoming supply, testing and handover.
