DBS Mechanical & Electrical were appointed to carry out installation of additional lighting to the perimeter of their buildings to help luminate the walkways at night to ensure student safety. As part of this they also replaced all wall mounted lights around the property with brighter more energy efficient LED Lights.
Works included the installation of metal conduit with high level access needed via scissor lifts. As works were being executed on public walkways approval from the council was vital to ensure we could use cranes safely with the correct licensing, approval for this took 3 weeks.
