DBS Mechanical and Electrical were appointed to carry out the full building services package on this scheme. The project included the removal of the existing gas fired boilers with 990KW worth of ASHP’s spread across 3 plantrooms which included modifications to both the LTHW & DHW systems.
This project was delivered within 12 weeks of commencement on-site. This was originally planned to take place over school holidays but due to design delays this was then pushed back, as this was now within a live school environment extra barriers needed to also be sourced in order to make sure that this was done safely.
